How to make Ugadi Pachadi in easy Steps :
- Jaggery (gud) : 1 Cup
- Tamarind : A small lomon size ball.
- 1 Full Mango
- Neem flowers Petals : 2 Table spoons
- Grated Raw mango : 2 Table spoons
- Green chillies : ½ tea spoon (finely chopped)
- Salt : quarter tea spoon
- Banana : 3- 4
- Coconut – half bowl chopped in to small pieces
In 4 easy steps to make Ugadi Pachadi – 2017
Step 1 :Soak tamarind in water for 20 min and make pulp and It should be thin and watery.(approximately 3 cups).
Step 2 . Add some jaggery mix it well so that it dissolves completely.
Step 3 : Them you can add neem flower petals , , green chillies, Chopped bannana, salt ,copped Coconut and mango pieces
Step 4 :Mix them well. Thus our Ugadi New Year Special Ugadi Pachadi.
